Fulfillment & Delivery Policy

1. Service Fulfillment

   After an order and payment are successfully received, our team reviews the order and contacts the customer using the information provided during checkout.

   Depending on the service purchased, fulfillment may include:

   • Book Writing and Ghostwriting
   • Editing and Proofreading
   • Book Formatting and Typesetting
   • Book Cover Design
   • Book Illustration
   • Book Publishing
   • Book Marketing and Promotional Services
   • Audiobook Production and Publishing
   • Author Website Development
   • Book Printing and Physical Copies

   Services are provided through our publishing, editorial, design, marketing, and production teams.

2. Order Processing

   Orders are generally reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

   Our team may contact the customer to confirm project requirements, obtain the necessary materials, and establish the project schedule.

   For services requiring customer materials, manuscripts, information, or approvals, the fulfillment period begins once all required materials have been received.

3. Service Delivery Timeframes

   Our standard service fulfillment timeframe is 7–15 business days, depending on the type and scope of the service.

   For simpler services or projects requiring minimal production work, fulfillment may be completed within approximately 7 business days.

   Services requiring additional customization, revisions, customer approvals, or multiple production stages may take up to 15 business days.

   The following are general estimated timeframes:

   • Editing & Proofreading: 7–15 business days
   • Book Formatting: approximately 7 business days
   • Book Cover Design: approximately 7–15 business days
   • Book Illustration: 7–15 business days
   • Book Writing / Ghostwriting: 7–15 business days for the applicable initial project stage or agreed deliverable
   • Book Publishing: 7–15 business days after required materials and approvals are received
   • Book Marketing: 7–15 business days for initial campaign setup and agreed deliverables
   • Audiobook Production/Publishing: 7–15 business days for the applicable production stage
   • Author Website Development: 7–15 business days
   • Other Professional Services: generally 7–15 business days depending on the scope of work

   These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on project requirements, customer feedback, revisions, approvals, third-party platforms, and other circumstances affecting the project.

4. Digital Delivery

   Most of our services are delivered digitally.

   Completed files, documents, designs, proofs, manuscripts, formatted books, marketing materials, and other digital deliverables may be provided through email, secure file transfer, online proofing systems, or other electronic communication methods.

   Customers will receive communication from our team when their deliverables or significant project milestones are completed.

5. Physical Book Delivery

   For orders that include printed books, production begins after the applicable materials and final proofs have been approved.

   Printing production generally takes approximately 3–5 business days after final approval. Once production is completed, the books are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.

   Shipping time varies depending on the destination, shipping method, order quantity, and carrier.

   Where available, customers will receive shipping or tracking information after their order has been dispatched.

6. Customer Materials and Approvals

   Some services require customers to provide manuscripts, images, author information, project specifications, or other materials before work can begin.

   Certain services may also require customer approval before the next stage of production can proceed.

   Delays in providing required materials, information, feedback, or approvals may extend the estimated fulfillment timeframe.

7. Third-Party Publishing and Distribution

   When a service includes submission or publication through a third-party publishing, distribution, retail, or digital platform, our team will complete the applicable submission and fulfillment work within the stated service timeframe.

   The actual publication, listing, approval, or availability date may depend on the processing and review procedures of the applicable third-party platform.

   Third-party processing times are outside our direct control.

8. Project Changes and Revisions

   If a customer requests substantial changes to the original project scope after work has started, additional time may be required to complete the requested work.

   Our team will communicate any significant changes to the expected completion timeframe when applicable.

9. Delays

   We make reasonable efforts to complete services within the stated 7–15 business day timeframe.

   However, delays may occur due to customer approvals, missing materials, requested revisions, third-party platform processing, technical issues, printing requirements, shipping carrier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

   If a significant delay is expected, our team will communicate the updated estimated timeframe to the customer.

10. Order Status and Support

    Customers may contact our support team at any time regarding the status of their order or service.
